Custom Commission Details

This is a custom original painting created especially for you, inspired by the iconic Three Sisters mountains in Canmore, Alberta. The composition will feature the mountains rising above calm reflective water in the foreground, capturing the peaceful beauty and enduring presence of this remarkable landscape.

The painting will be created in my expressive style using vibrant colour and light to convey the atmosphere and spirit of the Bow Valley.

Commission Size: 30” H × 48” W (Horizontal)
Medium: Professional acrylic paints
Canvas: High-quality 2" gallery-wrap stretched canvas with all the sides painting so the painting has a nice, finished look (ready to hang) Or, the painting can also be professionally framed in a floater frame.

Artistic Direction

The painting will feature the Three Sisters mountains with a tranquil body of water in the foreground to create a peaceful reflection of the peaks. The colour palette will be inspired by the tones used in my previous Three Sisters  paintings, which I have included as a references in this listing.

If there are any particular lighting moods you prefer—such as soft sunrise glow, warm evening light, or a calm atmospheric sky—please feel free to let me know before I begin the final composition.

Timeline

Once payment is received, please allow 1–3 business days for me to acquire any necessary materials and prepare the canvas.

The estimated painting timeline is approximately 4–6 weeks for planning, painting, and finishing. This timeline is included as a standard guideline in my commission listings and may occasionally be completed sooner depending on studio schedule.

Progress Review

Once the initial painting is complete, I will photograph the piece in natural light and send the image to you for review.

This is a good opportunity to make minor adjustments, such as small colour refinements or subtle additions or omissions. Because each painting is created in my expressive style, larger structural changes are typically avoided so the integrity and spontaneity of the artwork remain intact.

Each commissioned painting is completely unique and created especially for you.

Certificate of Authenticity

Your painting will include a Certificate of Authenticity, signed and dated by me, the artist.

Commission Policy

Due to the custom nature of commissioned artwork, all commission sales are final and non-refundable once work has begun. It is my mission to create a piece that meets with your high expectations.
