At CharKole Designs, I want you to love your artwork as much as I loved creating it. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, I accept returns under the following conditions:
Return Window
Because each artwork is an original, one-of-a-kind piece, I offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. This timeline provides collectors with the peace of mind to decide while ensuring the artwork remains in pristine condition for future exhibitions or collectors if returned. This also applies to prints.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Refund Method
- Refunds are issued to the original method of payment once the artwork has been received and inspected.
- Refunds will be for the full purchase price of the artwork, excluding shipping fees.
Return Fees & Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customers may choose their own carrier, but artwork must be shipped with tracking and insurance to ensure safe arrival.
Restocking Fees
- No restocking fees apply.
Return Conditions
- Artwork must be returned in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
- Any artwork damaged in return shipping due to insufficient packaging may not be eligible for a full refund. Please repackage with care, ideally using the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact me at char@charkoledesigns.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.
- I will confirm return eligibility and provide the return shipping instructions.
- Once I receive and inspect the returned artwork, I will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Where This Policy Applies
- This return policy applies to purchases shipped within Canada and the United States. For international orders, please contact me directly to discuss options.

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
1) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
2) Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and confirm that the payment has yet to be received. If the refund was made to your credit card, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at char@charkoledesigns.com and send your item to: 250 Valley Crest Court NW, Calgary AB T3B 5Z1, Canada.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 250 Valley Crest Court NW, Calgary AB T3B 5Z1, Canada
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
