Shipping policy

At Charkole Designs, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the North America, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

At this time, Charkole Designs only provides free shipping within Canada and the United States.

The time frame and cost for order delivery is divided into three parts:

1) Shipping costs: This will be dependent on the final shipping weight of your package. Shipping costs are calculated using Canada Post’s Standard Shipping rates and will be calculated during checkout.

2) Processing time: All of our orders are print on demand through our vendor located in Calgary, Alberta. Once your order has been verified, our vendor will be notified of the order and the print(s) will be processed within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. Then, when the print has been received from our vendor, we will then verify that the print meets our quality assurance stands and packaged securely for shipment within 1 business day, bringing the total processing time to a maximum of 4 business days before shipment.

3) Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our studio to the destination. Domestic delivery within Canada will be provided through Standard Canada Post and may usually take between 1-7 business days. For shipments to the US, please expect between 7-14 business days.
