There’s a power in the eyes of a wolf, a mix of mystery, strength and quiet intelligence that speaks straight to the soul. In A Wild Gaze, I tried to capture that untamed spirit through layering radiant colour and emotion and to reveal the heart behind the wild.
The wolf’s piercing eyes are calm yet alert which is a reflection of the wilderness itself: beautiful, free and fiercely alive. Shades of sapphire, amber, and silver shimmer across the fur, evoking moonlight filtering through alpine trees. Each brushstroke carries both motion and meaning and a balance of instinct and serenity.
